Housekeeping
Here is an overview of the Housekeeping services that are available for you or your loved ones through Seacus.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
SEACUS’s light housekeeping services include: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms (sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets), cleaning kitchens (sinks, appliances, counters, taking out trash, cleaning the refrigerator), and straightening all rooms. SEACUS does not provide outdoor cleaning or maintenance.
GROCERY SHOPPING/ERRANDS
SEACUS Caregivers shop at stores of their clients’ preference and run errands, such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office. Caregivers will accompany members on public transportation if the member wants to shop themselves but needs assistance.
MEAL PREPARATION
SEACUS Caregivers prepare hot, delicious, and nutritious meals, allowing members to help with preparation if they desire to do so. This service helps seniors get the nutrition they need to enjoy healthier living.
LAUNDRY
These services can be done in either the client’s home or the Laundromat. SEACUS Caregivers wash, dry and put away things according to the members’ preferences; making sure to give the member choices which returns some sense of control over their current situation.
